Insight Consultant
to help manage our online insight communities of customers for leading brands in Korea
Role and responsibilities:
Depending on the position, here are some of the areas which you may cover
- Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects (study design, questionnaire development, fielding and analysis)
- Completion of day to day project tasks including online and offline insight activities e.g. surveys, forums, live chats, focus groups
- Check & collect data and feedback from the activities, analyzing and summarizing findings for clients
- Head in report preparation in a visual and impactful client-friendly fashion
We are looking for someone who has:
- Genuine curiosity about what makes people tick
- A flexible mindset to apply qualitative and quantitative methods of enquiry
- Interest in conducting market research/ qualitative research including logistics, design, execution and analysis is an advantage
- Ideally an interest in online communities, social media or other forms of digital engagement
- Excellent written and verbal English and Korean
- Commitment to getting a job done well, positive outlook, confident personality and collaborative attitude
